Cybertex's Elevate Archiving solution automatically captures and archives voice calls, SMS, and chats. Channels for backup include:

Voice: call logs, phone call recordings, voicemails recordings, voicemail transcriptions.
Chat: team and customer chat messages, attachments, reactions / 'likes', GIFs, images, emojis, etc.
SMS: SMS messages and images.
