Elevateis set up to communicate via SMS (text) and MMS (images) from a user's personal business number — person-to-person messaging.

Company Messaging

Company Messaging is SMS and MMS communication from a company's main business number or toll-free number^*.

^* Toll-free numbers are limited to SMS (text) messages only.

Customer Company Messaging FAQ

Company Messaging is a business sms and mms texting solution that enables your main business phone number to send and receive text messages (SMS/text and MMS/picture). Within the Elevatedesktop and mobile apps, groups of one or more users in the business can receive and instantly respond to customers' texts, giving optimal customer service.

Yes, Company Messaging can be enabled for a business's main local phone numbers OR toll-free numbers. There is an additional charge for toll-free numbers and they are limited to SMS/text only.

Company Messaging is communication from a company's main business number or toll-free number and may be assigned a name (e.g., Sales or Customer Support). Both standard SMS and Company Messaging follow the SMS Acceptable Use Policy .

Company Messaging is an account-level add-on and is available on the ElevatePro, Enterprise, or With Teams licenses.
